Complete and Farmhouse Biscuits

As customer expectations shift rapidly and competition intensifies by the day, strong branding has become a strategic business asset that drives growth, strengthens reputation and creates lasting competitive advantage.

Complete specialises in data-driven digital marketing and website development, helping businesses capture leads, increase visibility and convert engagement into measurable commercial outcomes.

Building high-performing brands is not just a service, it is a discipline. The multi award-winning digital agency lifted the Red Rose Awards Creative Business Award this year and the Digital and Marketing Business of the Year at the BIBAS in 2024.

Its approach blends strategic insight, creativity and technical excellence, delivered by a team of marketers, developers and designers who work collaboratively to build brands that stand out and scale.

Working across sectors including professional services, retail, manufacturing, hospitality and fast-growth SMEs, it partners with organisations seeking long-term digital success.

Every project begins with understanding the client’s goals, audience and the wider market environment, before developing cohesive strategies that align brand, website and marketing activity, ensuring every touchpoint works harder.

At the heart of Complete’s philosophy are three core pillars: trust, communication and transparency. Trust is built through consistent delivery and long-term partnership. Clear, proactive communication ensures clients always feel informed and supported.

Transparency in reporting, decision-making and performance gives clients clarity on how their investment is working for them.

In recent years, sustainability has become a central focus of its operations. The agency operates a paper-free office, has removed single-use plastics, hosts all websites on servers powered by renewable energy, and plants trees for every staff member each month.

By conducting as many meetings as possible online to reduce carbon emissions, Complete continues to evolve its commitment to responsible, environmentally conscious business practices.

CASE STUDY

Farmhouse Biscuits

Farmhouse Biscuits, a family business founded in 1962, approached us at a pivotal moment. Its artisan heritage remained strong, but its brand and digital presence no longer reflected a growing manufacturer.

We began with a full rebrand, introducing new brand guidelines, a colour palette, illustrations and seasonal photoshoots to support brand storytelling.

New photography blended the brand’s deep sense of tradition, family, generational togetherness and heritage with modern, subtle farmhouse charm.

The results reinforced Farmhouse Biscuits’ authentic identity and provided versatile imagery for campaigns, social media, the
website and wider marketing.

The Shopify site was rebuilt into a polished WooCommerce platform, serving as a vital commercial tool and a clear brand platform.

Since launch, online orders have significantly increased and international sales have more than doubled.

Farmhouse Biscuits say: “They haven’t just built us a website, they’ve become an extension of our team. Complete played a huge role in our brand evolution, providing creative direction with photoshoots to capture the essence of Farmhouse Biscuits.”
