Barton Grange: Where historic charm and modern technology meet

The Barton Grange Hotel is located in the heart of the beautiful Lancashire countryside, yet only minutes from the motorway network.

It offers conference and corporate guests all the amenities and high standards of service that you would expect from one of Lancashire’s leading four-star hotels; combined with the warmth, character and charm of family run, country-house hotel.

From large conferences, annual dinners and awards events, to smaller meetings or training courses, Barton Grange Hotel has a choice of spaces that combine refurbished interiors with the latest modern technology; all designed to ensure that corporate customers and event planners have everything they need for a successful event.

First class facilities

Owned by Preston’s Topping family, the Barton Grange Hotel has completed work on its ‘Grove Suites’ – Olive, Lime, Orange and Lemon – which now provide a stylish and inspiring modern workplace for 2 to 16 people to meet. Each offers natural daylight, high-speed internet and air conditioning.

The hotel’s main event space accommodates up to 300 people theatre-style. The Barton Suite has undergone a complete transformation. It offers event organisers a private bar and balcony in addition to the refurbished main room, which now also includes feature lighting, new audio/PA system and the latest technology that allows the projection of event branding onto a specially designed dance floor.

The Barton Grange Hotel also has a range of smaller rooms, that can be used a meeting space, training room or a breakout area from the larger suites. They include maximum comfort ‘eight hour’ chairs as well as natural light, air conditioning and adjustable heating systems.

Lounge area renovations are complete. With a warm, contemporary style, the lounge can now accommodate up to 30 guests for pre-dinner cocktails or nightcaps, and adds a welcoming space to relax or meet friends at the hotel’s entrance.

The hotel’s gardens have been manicured with new shrubs, flowers, paving and lighting, to offer businesses the option of hosting an al fresco drinks reception before an awards ceremony or annual dinner, for up to 200 guests.

The space can also be a venue for a marquee seating 240 people.Sleep tight

Barton Grange Hotel has just completed refurbishment to its eight guest rooms in the adjacent Garden House, which is ideal for larger corporate groups such as for a conference or team building event.

Improvements to the hotel’s other guest rooms include décor upgrades, individual Sky TV boxes (free sports and movies in executive rooms), free hi-speed fibre Wi-Fi, handmade British EPOC mattresses for a good night’s sleep, Ruark Bluetooth speakers, and Nespresso coffee machines in all the executive and superior rooms.

Location, location, locationWe are easy to find. Located on the Garstang Road in Preston, just at the end of the new Broughton by-pass, and just five minutes from the main motorway network. Free parking on site.
