TrainingStation is a leading recruitment and training provider, delivering bespoke solutions to individuals and companies across the UK.

Formed by directors Andrea Fielding and Lisa Whiteoak in 2010, TrainingStation delivers Intermediate, Advanced and Higher Apprenticeships, as well as commercial training in a wide variety of occupations.

Our team of highly-skilled assessors and trainers share the same passion for the company’s ethos and work hard to ensure our learners achieve their qualifications and a brighter future.

We work with a range of businesses across the UK delivering all levels of training and qualifications ranging from administration, retail and customer service through to leadership and management.

Case study: Petty’s

Apprenticeships have proven to be the key to success for two budding estate agents.

Izzy Heap and Zoe Parkinson both secured apprenticeships at leading estate agency Petty’s – and both have now landed permanent positions after completing their apprenticeships with flying colours.

As the business expanded, Petty’s sought our help, and our free recruitment service offered to companies to help them find the right candidate for the role.

Once Izzy and Zoe were on board, we organised all of their training, successfully guiding both girls to achieving coveted Distinctions in their level 2 Customer Service NVQ.

Ian Bythell, director for Petty’s, said: “We’re such a busy company so it was brilliant to be in the experienced hands of TrainingStation, who were not only able to take the headache out of recruiting apprentices for us, but also oversee all of their training.

“Apprenticeships offer a fantastic route into the business. We like to train people ‘our way’ so on the job training is vital. TrainingStation completely understand how we work and were able to create a bespoke training plan which fulfilled our requirements whilst at the same time allowing our apprentices to gain nationally recognised qualifications.

“Both Zoe and Izzy are now equipped with the skills and knowledge required to take them to the next level, and are an absolute asset to the business.”
