Altius Group has announced the appointment of Richard Whiteside as Contact Centre Director.
Richard brings over 12 years of leadership experience from Capita, where he most recently held the position of head of sales.
During his tenure, he oversaw recruitment, performance development and strategic sales growth, driving measurable results across large-scale teams. His background also includes senior roles in training, coaching and customer experience, with a particular focus on performance improvement and people development.
At Altius Group, Richard will lead the company’s expanding Contact Centre operations, focusing on enhancing client engagement, developing team performance and implementing data-driven sales strategies.
