We are launching the BHI, Burnout Clinic and it starts on 10th November.
Burnout can prevent itself in so many ways and one size does not fit all. We are all unique and its impact will be as unique as you are.
Perhaps you have been feeling anxious, overthinking, overwhelmed, ashamed, scared, mentally exhausted, fearful? Or have you been experiencing lack of reward/recognition, juggling the demands of work and life, not being able to show vulnerability, not being heard or seen… there are so many elements to burnout….
We know how isolating and unsupportive it can be at the top, in the middle or working on the job. No one is immune to burnout, especially given our perplexing world. More of us will be experiencing some aspects of being burnout. Lighten your emotional load and come along to the clinic.
It will be a safe, confidential space created by you, for you. A place where your fears, concerns are heard and understood, a place where demands can be put aside for a short while and no judgements are made. Simply a place of discovery and returning you back to you.
