Young designers showcase dream homes at Church View grand opening

Children from Coppull Primary School have helped bring a creative flair to the grand opening of Miller Homes new Church View development in Coppull, by taking part in a special ‘Design Your Dream Home’ competition.

Pupils from nursery through to Year 6 were invited to take part in the competition, which was held in the lead-up to the development’s Summer Fair-themed launch event at the end of June.

Budding young designers submitted imaginative and colourful drawings of their ideal homes, all of which were proudly displayed in a specially created book now available to view in the Church View sales centre.

The three winning entries by Wiktoria, Oliver, and Rae were chosen for their standout creativity and attention to detail.

As part of their prize, the winning drawings have been displayed inside the brand new Ingleton show home, where they can be enjoyed by all visitors to the development.

The winners were also awarded a large art pack and craft set to further nurture their talents and encourage creativity.

Clare Noakes, sales director for Miller Homes North West, said: “We were thrilled to see such enthusiasm and imagination from the children at Coppull Primary School.

"Their designs brought a real sense of personality and community to our launch event, and we’re proud to showcase them in the show home and sales centre. A huge thank you to the school staff and pupils for taking part and making the event even more special.”

The Ingleton show home at Church View is now open for visitors from Thursday to Monday, 10:30am to 5:30pm, with no appointment or reservation needed. For more information, visit the Miller Homes website.
