It will be constructing a 10,000 sq ft head office and industrial unit at the Buckshaw site.
Jeremy Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: “We had significant interest in Momentum Business Centre@Buckshaw when we announced the development.“The commercial property sector is extremely competitive purely because of the number of units available but we’ve developed a product that gives SMEs the flexibility and quality business space they need.
“In addition we’ve catered for SMEs needs by offering the 35 units through a lease, purchase or combination and created a lease purchase scheme, given small businesses the means to own their building if they want to.”The properties are being marketed by Roundhouse Properties supported by Nick Kos from Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons who is the sole agent for the development.
