Lancashire-based property business Roundhouse Properties and construction firm JWS Developments, have started work on their joint development at Buckshaw in Chorley.
In phase one, 11 of the 35 units are on schedule to be completed by May and Roundhouse Properties has already agreed heads of terms on all of the 11 units.
Jeremy Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: “We had significant interest in Momentum Business Centre@Buckshaw when we announced the development.
“In addition we’ve catered for SMEs needs by offering the 35 units through a lease, purchase or combination and created a lease purchase scheme, given small businesses the means to own their building if they want to.”
