Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall Solicitors has acquired Accrington-based Rosthorns Solicitors.
David Rosthorn founded the company in 1986 and has since built up a client base of individuals and families across the region. He specialises in conveyancing, wills and probate.
The practice will move into WHN Solicitors' Accrington office on Cannon Street and David will join the firm's conveyancing team as a solicitor.
He said: "I believe that my clients will benefit from having access to a wider range of legal services through WHN, while still being able to benefit from my many years of experience."
WHN Solicitors has offices in Accrington, Bacup, Blackburn, Bury, Clitheroe, Great Harwood, Haslingden and Rawtenstall. WHN Solicitors employs 100 staff and provides an extensive range of legal services to individuals, families and businesses across all its offices.
