Warton development, 90 per cent sold, is a hit with first-time buyers

Local homebuilder Miller Homes has announced its continuing success at its Warton-based development, Blackfield Green, which is now over 90 per cent sold.

The development, launched in early 2019, includes a variety of three, four and five bedroom homes which showcase open-plan layouts and extra space for remote working. Blackfield Green has been popular with those who have been able to relocate following increased opportunities to work remotely. The development is also located just a 15-minute drive from Lytham’s scenic coast. 

Blackfield Green is situated within nine miles of the centres of Blackpool and Preston and is just a 10-minute drive from the M55, making it an excellent base for travel throughout the North West.

Forty-eight of the homes in the development are affordable homes, specifically for people with connections to the borough of Fylde. Sixty-six per cent of homes on the development are three-bedrooms, which have been popular with first-time buyers, Miller Homes stats reveal.
