VW Aftersales goes from strength to strength

Our Service Team at our VW Oldham retailer has gone from strength to strength, as we are delighted to announce that Debbie Bishop has joined the team as a Service Adviser. Debbie has a remarkable 22 years in the motor trade, with a CV including SEAT, Volvo and Nissan, to name but a few of the impressive brands she has worked with. We asked her what tempted her to join us at VW Oldham and here’s what she said.

“I wanted the feel of a family run business. Zachary Gooding, who I’ve worked with before, was already here at Oldham, and he told me that it was just what I wanted. He was right, because I love it. It’s personal here at Oldham. You can look after your customers in the way that’s right for them, which is how I like to work.

"Having worked for SEAT I already knew I loved the VWG brands; they are quality vehicles to be proud of. And I love the team. They are so friendly. Everyone has gone out of their way to make sure I’m enjoying it. Even before the doors were open on my first day, people were introducing themselves to me and welcoming me to Oldham VW. It’s been really lovely.”
