True Bearing achieves Investors in People Gold again!

True Bearing Chartered Financial Planners are proud to announce that they have yet again achieved the standards required to meet Investors in People Gold for 2021.

Investors in People (IIP) is a standard for people management, offering accreditation to organisations that consistently meet high standards in areas such as leading and inspiring people, delivering continuous improvement and managing performance. 

True Bearing are proud to have held the Investors in People Gold Award consistently since 2012 and are in good company as they hold this award alongside many household names including Bupa, KPMG and McDonalds!

The process of meeting the standard involves a rigorous programme of data submission, interviews and employee questionnaires. This process was additionally complicated this time around by the Coronavirus pandemic and various lockdowns causing delays and required that meetings that would normally take place in person had to be conducted remotely.  

Speaking about this recent accolade, Susan Peary, Managing Director at True Bearing, commented: “On behalf of the Board of Directors and True Bearing staff, I am delighted that we have achieved the Investors in People Gold Standard on the fourth consecutive occasion.”
