Trevor Dawson has let four industrial units and three office suites at the Network 65 Business Park development in Burnley.

Acting on behalf of a variety of clients, the commercial property specialist has completed a fluury of transactions at the site.

Kestrel Court, a development by Errigal of Preston, had three industrial units become vacant. After a short marketing period, Units 14, 15 and 16, each unit being approximately 2,500 sq ft, were let by Trevor Dawson's Burnley office.

On behalf of a private Irish client, Unit 1 Boreham Court has been let to Bright LED which is relocating and expanding from its existing premises within Burnley. The 11,635 sq ft unit was let after a very short marketing period with high levels of interest being reported.

Within the same site, Trevor Dawson was instructed to market F M House, an office building previously occupied by the NHS.

The building had been on the market for some time previously and due to Trevor Dawson's involvement, three-quarters of the building has now been let to three individual companies.

The final office suite of 971 sq ft remains available. The building benefits from excellent parking and is now home to occupiers including KeyPlus Security and John Fallows Accountants. Trevor Dawson said: "Levels of interest in both the workshops and offices illustrates the continued high level demand for quality premises in prime locations along the M65 corridor."
