Tresillian Care Home sold by Redwoods Dowling Kerr

A well-known and highly renowned residential care home in Cornwall has been purchased by existing operators, advised by RDK.

Tresillian Residential Home was established by the current owners over 20 years ago and is only now being offered for sale due to retirement.

The business provides first-class care for adults with learning difficulties in the residential area of Par. The home specialises in long term care and allows disabled people to live their lives as normal as possible.

The house is a large detached bungalow property benefitting from full modernisation with the top floor being dedicated to the owners accommodation.

Tresillian Residential Home has earned a strong reputation for providing excellent standards of care and support for residents over the years, and when Redwoods Dowling Kerr were instructed in the sale, interest was high.

The busines received seven viewings and three strong offers. It was sold to existing operators in the healthcare sector who said the location and ability to expand were the key factors in their decision to acquire.
