Based in the North West of England, Create Homes is part of the wider Create Group, which has a strong reputation across the construction industry for hotel and high-volume accommodation build projects.

Create Homes brings to market a range of residential housing options, offering buyers designer homes which offer more space and style than any of their competitors, with quality as standard in all their house types.

Cowgills’ Property Finance team have been working with Create Homes since day one - from their first housing development ‘Ash Meadows’ in Inskip in 2016 (nine miles north-west of Preston) to the latest scheme of 34 houses at ‘The Sandpipers’ in Longridge where a cashflow-based facility of £4.4M has recently been secured with Homes England to fully fund the build costs.

This year Create Homes is on target to deliver in excess of 100 family homes across Lancashire as the business goes from strength to strength, under the direction of Paul Mathison, Director and Group Chief Executive and a highly experienced and capable management team.

The lead on funding from Cowgills is taken by Property Finance Director, Dave Rainford.

Dave commented: “Our involvement with Create is built on a partnership approach working alongside the team across all their residential schemes. This gives us the ability to have a holistic view of the business and introduce lending partners who are the right fit for each scheme.

“Our support is there right from the outset, often well before planning and we pride ourselves on taking an active role right through to completion. It has been both a pleasure and privilege to play a part in Create’s journey and see the quality of the homes delivered across the many sites to date.”

Paul Mathison added: “Cowgills provide more than just a typical broker service. They truly understand our vision and are a key part of the team. Alongside our consultants and other professional advisors, we appreciate their ‘value added’ approach to the business. Dave Rainford has an unrivaled knowledge of the sector, strong relationships with funders at the right level and is always on hand to provide guidance and advice.”

+ The marketing suite at ‘The Sandpipers’ opened on 23rd April, with properties in the first phase of the development now available for reservation. Visit createhomes.com/sandpipers for details.   Main Image: Architect’s impression of new homes at ‘The Sandpipers’ development in Longridge
