Imagine a workplace where health challenges don’t derail productivity, stress is manageable, and everyone—from the newest recruit to the longest-serving team member—feels supported.

Now, imagine achieving all of this for just £6 per employee per month.

My Employee Health & Wellbeing Programme is the result of a successful pilot with one of our valued clients, who asked us to expand our women’s health services to cover all aspects of team wellbeing.

The impact has been phenomenal—and we’re thrilled to now offer this to workplaces across the region.

 Why Local Matters

As a Lancashire-based business owner, I understand the unique challenges and opportunities our local businesses face.

By choosing to work with me, you’re not just investing in your team’s wellbeing—you’re supporting a local small business that truly understands and cares about the communities we live and work in.

My connections to local networks, businesses, and resources allow me to deliver personalised, accessible support tailored to the needs of companies right here in Lancashire.

 What’s Included in the Programme?

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill wellbeing initiative. I’ve poured my expertise, lived experience, and passion into creating a comprehensive package that addresses the health needs of all team members, from tackling stress to improving work-life balance. It's designed for microbusinesses and small businesses; to bring good-quality, effective and impactful wellbeing support to smaller businesses without the big budgets of bigger organisations.

Every month, here’s what you’ll get for just £6 per employee, per month:

  • Virtual Wellbeing Clinics: Accessible group sessions covering key topics like stress management, healthy habits, and work-life balance.
  • Practical Workshops: Topics include managing anxiety, menstrual health, time management, IVF support, grief, and more.
  • Rest, Relax & Reset Relaxation Sessions: Bring calm and clarity to your team with guided relaxation and mindfullness.
  • A Dedicated Online Portal: Packed with resources, tools, and guides to support ongoing learning and engagement.
  • Monthly Email Campaigns: Designed to increase participation and drive real change within your team.
  • Discounted Access to Award-Winning Self-Care eLearning Programmes: Empower your team with on-demand, self-paced learning.
  • Customisable Add-Ons: Scale up with CPD-accredited workshops and annual reviews to align the programme with your evolving needs.
  • Flexibility Guaranteed: You can cancel at any time, making this programme risk-free for your business.

 The Local ROI You’ll Love

Investing in wellbeing isn’t just good for your team—it’s great for your bottom line. According to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), businesses see an average return of £5 for every £1 invested in employee wellbeing programmes. This is a no-brainer investment for productivity, talent retention, and reducing absenteeism.

What does this mean for your business?

For just £6 per employee per month, you’ll gain a healthier, happier, and more motivated team while reducing costs associated with sick days and staff turnover. By working with a local provider like me, you also benefit from personalised, hands-on support—something larger national providers can’t match.

 A Proven Solution, Already Thriving

This programme isn’t just theoretical. In 2024, one of my corporate clients approached me to extend my women’s health services into a general wellbeing programme for their entire team. The results have been outstanding: increased engagement, improved morale, and glowing feedback from employees and management alike.

This 'group' prgramme opens up the general wellbeing programme to smaller businesses in a simple, scaleble and effective way that sees real results. Plus, because it's me, there's still a gentle focus on women's health woven through it, meanign that it's even easier to meet the upcomign requirements around menstrual health and women's issues without breaking the bank.

Health & Wellbeing Clinics
"I found the session incredibly helpful and insightful. It felt so reassuring to share my worries privately while realising I wasn’t alone in going through it."
(One attendee, concerned about her HRT levels, asked an anonymous question in the chat, which I answered. Two other women joined in through the anonymous chat, sharing similar concerns, and we were able to address them together.)

Relaxation Sessions
After every session, 100% of attendees report feeling calmer, more relaxed, and happier:

"Thank you, I really enjoyed that session."
"I feel so calm—I’m going to stay here for another 30 minutes in this peaceful state."
"My pain completely disappeared during the session. Thank you!"

Workshops
Our engaging and interactive workshops leave lasting impacts:

"This workshop was interesting and eye-opening!"
"I feel more confident moving forward—thank you!"

These sessions aren’t just feel-good extras; they’re designed to make a real difference, building a happier, healthier, and more resilient team.

Why work with me?

I bring a unique blend of lived experience and professional expertise to every client relationship. I’ve been a qualified therapist since 2004, hold a Post-Graduate Diploma in Health Management, and spent 18 years in a traditional 9-5 career, reaching senior management and executive levels. Having lived with and managed a chronic health condition for over 20 years, I know first-hand the importance of balance, wellbeing, and effective support.

When you partner with me, you’re choosing:

  • A Trusted Local Expert: Passionate about improving wellbeing in our Lancashire community.
  • Tailored, Flexible Solutions: Designed with microbusinesses in mind but scalable to larger organisations.
