The Spa at Stanley House awarded highest national rating

The Spa at Stanley House in Mellor has been awarded an exceptional ‘5 Bubbles’ rating and an outstanding review for its world-class luxury spa.

The Spa was visited by an independent reviewer from the Good Spa Guide – a national, expert guide to spas and treatments across the UK.

The reviewer used a stringent set of guidelines to score the Spa on elements such as customer care, treatments and cleanliness and it was later awarded the highest rating, excelling in each category.

The spa, which launched in 2012 and boasts panoramic views of the Ribble Valley countryside, incorporates the very latest treatment facilities and was delivered by spa consultants, Howard Spa Consulting who has served hotels including; London’s Dorchester, L’Oreal Luxe, Paris and Armani spas across the globe.

The spa spy reviewer stated: “Stanley House is a hideaway with amazing views over the neighbouring valleys. We loved the customer service and personal approach and small touches such as product samples and a note from your therapist left outside your hotel room door which make all the difference.”

The facility also offers a fully equipped gym and a state of the art Pilates studio.
