Rob Crawford has been appointed as the business centre administrator for The Robinson in Blackpool.
Since opening and following a major restoration project, The Robinson has quickly developed into a modern workspace designed to support business growth, offering 44 private offices, co-working facilities and six meeting rooms.
“Being Blackpool born and bred, I already knew how important this building was locally,” Rob said.
“The idea of helping shape the future, and helping to tell a new story for such an iconic building, really appealed to me.”
An important part of Rob’s role is ensuring visitors and tenants feel welcomed, something he believes can leave a lasting impression.
“I always want people to feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door,” he explained.
“I’ve always believed the little things matter, and small interactions can really shape somebody’s experience.”
As businesses continue to move into The Robinson, Rob said: “You can really feel relationships forming between tenants and businesses.
“There’s a genuine sense of community, collaboration and support here, which is great to see.”
