Bellway offers up to £20,000 towards new homes in Lancashire

Housebuilder Bellway is offering incentives worth up to £20,000 for buyers purchasing selected new homes across three Lancashire developments.

The package, available until the end of May, can be used towards deposits, mortgage contributions and home upgrades at sites in Great Eccleston, Poulton-le-Fylde and Lathom.

The initiative forms part of Bellway’s ‘Feels like home’ campaign, launched alongside the company’s new branding as it marks its 80th anniversary.

Bellway has also secured five-star builder accreditation from the Home Builders Federation for the 10th consecutive year and holds an ‘excellent’ rating on Trustpilot.
