The Fun Experts complete 2,000-mile journey to deliver show-stopping brand activation in Milan

The Fun Experts have officially taken their services global after completing a nearly 2,000-mile round trip to deliver a high-impact brand activation for cosmetics giant KIKO MILANO in the heart of Italy.

Known for bringing laughter, energy, and unforgettable experiences to events across the UK - from corporate functions to large scale promotional campaigns - The Fun Experts were selected to support KIKO MILANO’s latest product launch with a bold and immersive Western theme.

At the centre of the activation?

A genuine Rodeo Bull and a specialist Fun Experts event team, tasked with delivering safe, seamless and standout entertainment for influencers, VIPs, and the general public.

A High-Profile Client. A High-Stakes Brief. A Cross-Continent Mission.

When Studio Boom, a global experience studio working with KIKO MILANO, sought an entertainment partner capable of elevating their promotional experience with an authentic Western twist, their search led them straight to The Fun Experts.

Camille, sales and development director, worked closely with the brand to understand their vision and guide them through the unique requirements of the Rodeo Bull setup.

Meanwhile, the internal Logistics team coordinated the extensive preparations required for international delivery - including insurance, AT Carnets, border documentation, transport planning, and detailed technical specs.

“This wasn’t just another booking - it was a milestone for us,” the team said. “Everything had to be perfect.”

The Road to Milan: From Preston to Italy

Departing from The Fun Experts’ North West depot, leading event team member Evan began the multi-leg journey: a 6-hour drive to Folkestone, the Le Shuttle crossing to Calais, an overnight stop in Troyes, and finally, a near 10-hour drive through France and into Milan.

Armed with detailed plans, specialist equipment, and the trademark Fun Experts spirit, Evan arrived on site ready to set up and deliver an event unlike any other.

Despite torrential rain and a city-wide protest affecting public transport, the pre-planning proved invaluable. With support from the onsite crew, the Rodeo Bull was installed smoothly among a fully themed Western backdrop - set and ready for the big launch.

The Event: Influencers, Public Crowds and a Whole Lot of Fun

The activation opened with an exclusive VIP event attended by high-profile Italian influencers and personalities, many of whom were quick to jump onto the Rodeo Bull for photos and on-camera moments - much to the delight of the organisers.

Over the following days, the experience opened to the public, who were invited to test KIKO MILANO’s new products, meet the promotional team, and enjoy a ride on the star attraction.
