The departments of Fagan & Whalley - A snapshot of our customer services department

Overseeing the entirety of each customer’s journey with us, the team in our Customer Services department is here to ensure every client of Fagan & Whalley remains happy and is well looked after! 

Primarily based in our head office at Albion House, Padiham, the team in our Customer Services department has input at every stage of the customer journey, and is usually the first point of contact for the majority of our customers.

Handling incoming calls and customer emails, the Customer Services team deals with all customer enquiries, as well as monitoring bookings that are made via our online portal. For the team in this department, a large amount of their workload involves liaising with our Operations team to provide regular updates for customers who have consignments out on the road. 

With an additional member of staff managing customer enquiries for the Warehousing aspect of the business, the Customer Services department has grown from two members of staff in 2010, now housing eight full-time team members, with another new member set to join us in February.
