Taylor Patterson supports Cash for Kids

Taylor Patterson is delighted to announce that their chosen charity for 2016 is Cash for Kids.

Cash for Kids provides a helping hand to disabled and disadvantaged children across Lancashire. Each year they hope to raise thousands of pounds for grants to children’s charities, individuals and many other causes.

All the money, raised locally, is spent locally and goes to children and young people under 18 throughout the region: •with mental, physical or sensory disabilities, •with behavioral or psychological disorders, •living in poverty or situations of deprivation, •suffering through distress, abuse or neglect.

Starting its charity initiative in 2007, Taylor Patterson has set out to work with local charities each year with the main aim of raising funds to make a difference to the charity whilst having fun in the process.

Nikki Thompson, charity manager Cash for Kids, commented: “We are delighted that Taylor Patterson has selected to support Cash for Kids this year and look forward to all the exciting things they have planned. We had better get swotting up for the quiz as we believe it is very competitive!”

Louise Potter, office manager, added: “Staff at Taylor Patterson are looking forward to supporting Cash for Kids and getting involved in various activities throughout 2016 raising funds and helping make a difference.”

The charity committee at Taylor Patterson have already started planning a calendar of fundraising events including an annual golf day and the ever popular charity quiz which is now in its 10th year, alongside supporting the Superhero, Cake Bake Day and Mission Christmas organised by Cash for Kids.
