NORI

The team at NORI HR and Employment Law is growing at an exciting rate after an extremely successful first quarter in 2023.

The demand for our award-winning service is growing at a significant pace and has justified the need to grow our team through new appointments and promotions, focusing our growth plans through investment in our workforce and expanding our team.

We are excited to announce the appointment of Jarrod Martin as sales director, as well as the promotion of Gary Foster to head of advice, Lorna Harvey-Lowe as head of documentation and client onboarding and Richard Singleton to operations director.

Jarrod Martin Appointed Sales Director

We are happy to announce the appointment of NORI HR and Employment Law’s sales director, Jarrod Martin. As the sales director, Jarrod will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, forging new partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

His extensive experience in sales and business development within the HR industry, combined with his passion for delivering value to clients, makes him the perfect fit for NORI HR and Employment Law. Jarrod is already exploring innovative ways to add value to our services and further support our clients’ HR and Employment Law needs.

NORI HR and Employment Law’s new sales director Jarrod Martin commented: “I have 20 years experience in the HR industry, making impacts in businesses that range from multinationals to start-ups.

I joined NORI, having followed them for 18 months because of their unique ethos and the way as a business they conduct themselves and communicate with their clients.

I am truly excited to be a part of the journey with this family-run business, who has made me feel very welcome and a part of the family already".

Lorna Harvey-Lowe Promoted to Head of Documentation and Client Onboarding

Upon joining the NORI HR team, Lorna proved to be the perfect addition as NORI HR’s first document consultant. Lorna showed exceptional skills in documentation writing and management. Since joining the team, Lorna has consistently demonstrated her ability to streamline processes and ensure seamless client experiences both with NORI HR and within their own businesses.

In her new role, Lorna will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive documentation procedures, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all client interactions. She will lead a team of talented professionals, providing guidance and support to deliver exceptional onboarding experiences for our clients.

Lorna commented “I am so excited for this new journey with NORI HR and Employment Law. The future growth of the company is so exciting, and I am proud to be a part of it."

Gary Foster Promoted to Head of Advice

We are pleased to announce that Gary Foster, senior HR advisor, has been promoted to head of advice. Gary’s comprehensive knowledge, practical solutions, and client-focused approach have earned him great respect among clients. His approach is highly regarded for its effectiveness and has consistently garnered positive feedback from clients.

As the leader of our advice team, Gary will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive expert guidance and support both now and in the future as we grow the advice team. His appointment has enabled NORI HR to maintain its high standards of service delivery and remain a leading HR consultancy firm in the industry.

Gary Foster commented “I’m delighted that I am making such a great impact at NORI HR and Employment Law to be recognised with a promotion to head of advice. Since joining NORI HR in 2022, I believe that I integrated very well into the team and business and have built strong relationships with clients through our 24/7/365 advice. My advice style has proven to be well respected by clients and I thoroughly enjoy working with the range of businesses we support.

Richard Singleton Transitions Into Operations Director Role

We are also proud to announce the promotion of Richard Singleton to operations director at NORI HR and Employment Law.

Richard’s impact at NORI HR extends far beyond his role as marketing director, and his transition to operations director is a well-deserved recognition of his success.

With his extensive experience in marketing and a sharp eye for identifying new business opportunities, Richard’s promotion will help us expand our reach, build a robust product portfolio, and manage supplier relationships effectively. His attention to detail and strategic vision will prove invaluable as we continue our growth journey.

“Over the last four months, we have been undertaking a strategic review to prepare for an exciting growth period.

"Our starting point was to reflect on and solidify our company values in everything we do. This gave us a clear path to move forward, ensuring any new services and delivery methods would always enhance our offering to our clients and team.

"Naturally, as the business grows so too does the requirement to ensure we are ahead of the game in terms of digital resources and partnerships to enhance our offering and become a positive leader for good in our sector. So I am looking forward to taking on the operations role, continuing to develop our infrastructure and resources and forming relationships with external organisations that will support our growth.”

This is only the start for Award Winning HR & Employment Law Consultancy NORI HR and Employment Law

Co-managing director, Jason Govindji-Bruce commented: “This is a really exciting time for the future of NORI HR and Employment Law. Firstly, the appointment of Jarrod will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, further enhancing our position as a leading HR consultancy firm.

"His appointment reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and driving long-term value for our clients. He has some interesting ideas and is looking at ways to enhance our current services to add even more value to the client and end-user.

"Whilst we are thrilled to announce the newest member of our team, we also wanted to recognise the internal talent that we already have. Lorna and Gary both joined NORI HR in 2022 and have made an impressive impact on the business.

"Finally, Richard’s transition to operations from marketing director is a testimony to the impact he has made at NORI HR and Employment Law. From the integral role he played in increasing our brand awareness and successful marketing communications to improving our IT Infrastructure, Richard’s role will focus on managing both our operations and suppliers.”
