Record numbers attend summer wedding fair at The Landmark

THE LANDMARK IN BURNLEY WELCOMED A RECORD NUMBER OF VISITORS TO ITS SUMMER WEDDING FAIR.jpg.jpg

The Landmark in Burnley hosted its most successful wedding fair yet as they welcomed brides and grooms to be, to their Grade II listed building on Sunday 14th May.

Visitors to the event enjoyed free-flowing fizz, live music and goodie bags including a wedding brochure, cupcake, candle and bottle of prosecco, while a raffle was held with the chance to win £300 off a drinks package for their big day.

The spectacular event was also attended by a range of wedding suppliers including Bella’s Bakes, Paper Drawer, Special Wedding Cars, Celebrant Ceremonies Lancashire, Milly Davey Flowers, Furious Styles, Love Letters 2 Hire, Laryan’s Balloons & Events, Inspired Bridal, Ainsworth Jewellers and Simply Classic.

Vikki Boyd, events planner and wedding coordinator at The Landmark, said: “What a fantastic day we had at our summer wedding fair. This was our third wedding fair and we were delighted to welcome record numbers for this one, with so many people excited to come and check out our beautiful venue and meet our wedding suppliers.

“We’ve already received a great number of enquiries for weddings, parties and other events, including one confirmed booking for a 21st birthday party.

Those attending the wedding fair got the chance to explore the exclusive, iconic Burnley venue, including the Great Hall, the Old Library and the stunning Atrium entrance with its external glass lift, red carpet and unique stained glass windows.

Catering for 35 to 80 guests for a seated wedding breakfast and up to 150 guests for the evening reception, The Landmark has good availability for 2023 including Saturdays.

For those not looking to experience a traditional wedding, The Landmark also offers bespoke packages, allowing couples to pick and choose which elements they want to include for their big day.
