Miller Homes has marked the successful launch of its latest North West development, Church View in Coppull, following a well-attended Summer Fair-themed event on Saturday 28th June.

The event saw strong interest from prospective buyers, with a number of reservations taken across the weekend, highlighting the appeal of this brand-new community in a semi-rural setting. Local families and first-time buyers gathered to enjoy an afternoon of free entertainment, expert advice, and the chance to explore the development for the very first time.

Visitors were welcomed with a range of themed activities, including a meet-and-greet with children’s TV favourite Bluey, face painting, and an afternoon tea featuring locally sourced cakes, sandwiches, and traditional sweets.

A special addition to the day came from pupils at Coppull Primary School, who took part in a creative project ahead of the launch by drawing their own ‘dream homes’ inspired by Miller Homes.

The children’s artwork was proudly displayed during the event for all guests to enjoy, adding a vibrant community touch. As a thank you, Miller Homes donated a selection of colouring supplies to the school to support future classroom activities.

Guests were also invited to tour the newly opened Ingleton show home and speak with an Independent Financial Adviser, who was on hand to answer questions about the homebuying process.

Adding to the community spirit, Chorley FC kindly donated four tickets to a game of their choosing,  which Miller Homes raffled off to visitors during the event.

Clare Noakes, sales director for Miller Homes North West, said: “It was fantastic to see so many people from the local area come along to celebrate the launch of Church View.

"From families enjoying the fair to buyers reserving their new home, the day had something for everyone. It was particularly special to involve Coppull Primary School – the children’s drawings really brought the event and the home to life.”

Church View offers a mix of three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes within walking distance of local amenities. Situated just three miles from Chorley town centre, the development is ideally placed for families and commuters alike.

Homes at Church View are available to reserve now, with the sales centre and show home open Thursday – Monday 10:30-5:30.  To find out more, visit the Miller Homes website.
