Successful ISO 9001:2008 certification

Pure AV is proud to announce that it is now certified as ISO 9001:2008 compliant.

The internationally recognised framework sets the standard not only for quality management, but management systems in general.

Compliance with ISO 9001:2008 recognises that Pure AV’s policies, practices and procedures are of a consistent quality and that we are committed to the maintenance and development of those processes over time. All of which supports our ultimate aim, which is to deliver excellent customer service in our chosen field of audio visual design, integration and support.

To maintain the ISO 9001:2008 certification, Pure AV will have an annual surveillance audit and has appointed Jason Paton as the internal audit manager. Jason will ensure any non-compliance issues are quickly identified and resolved and that the integrity of the overall quality system is upheld. ISO 9001:2008 is just one part of Pure AV’s continuing commitment to quality.
