Studholme-Bell Chartered Accountants Appoints Director Designate

Studholme-Bell Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors has appointed Richard Barnes to its expanding team in Euxton, Chorley.

Richard, 33, takes on the newly created position as director designate at the firm which has enjoyed steady growth since its establishment in 2003.

With almost 15 years in the industry, Richard joins the team with a wealth of knowledge and experience gained from an impressive career to date which saw him assume sole responsibility for SME’s through to businesses with a turnover in excess of £15million per annum. Keen to forge new relationships, the role will see him manage the established client base as well as work to expand on the existing portfolio to continue the significant period of growth the firm has realised over the past few years.

Richard said: “Joining Studholme-Bell is an exciting move, not least because it is an opportunity for me to grow professionally but also because I will get to have a hand in helping the business to develop and flourish in 2013 and beyond. Having begun his career with BDO Stoy Hayward in Blackpool where he gained full ACCA qualifications, Richard joins Studholme-Bell having spent 7 years with Abrams Ashton as a client manager. He will continue to offer a complete package of services for businesses at start-up stage and those looking to grow, including personal tax, business tax, and accountancy auditing services.
