Chris Ball and Kerrie Medlicott will be hosting the live face to face sessions "together", (two Sherpa Guides for the price of one). Both have vast experience of owning, scaling and running large multi-million pound businesses over the last 20yrs. Our mission is to give you the tools and skills needed to map out your own destiny, turning dreams into reality.

Success GPS is a Business Transformation Programme that will help you define your future, get clarity on how to get there, and clearly define those action steps you and your team will take each day, to build, grow and scale your business to success.  Every day you will feel like you and your team are making progress TOGETHER – which is a great feeling! 

How does it work? 

• The programme lasts for 8 weeks 
• Each session is approximately 3hrs 
• Same day, same time each week 
• Location will be at our office in Langho - The Conference Centre, BB6 8AY 
• Maximum of 1 director 

The Steps. 

SGPS is a 6-step business mapping consulting programme, it’s full of business strategy and practical psychology, and will leave you clear and excited about the future, and deliver an action orientated plan to follow.  From direction through to marketing, sales, operations, process mapping and short-term planning too. 
 
The 6 steps are really straight forward:  
1 – The Start Point (Session 1) 
2 – The Destination (Session 2) 
3 – The Goals (Session 3) 
4 – The Route & Resources (Session 4/5/6) 
5 – The GPS (Session 7) 
6 – GPS Calibrations (Session 8) 

Once the mapping exercise is complete, and you, and your team are fully aligned, we know exactly where we are, where we are going, and how we’ll get there, along with our role changes. 

Now it’s all about guiding you every step of the way, at your side, holding you to account, and ensuring we are executing the right things at the right time to ensure we are growing the business in a profoundly meaningful way. 

We'll meet each month for a group Board Meeting where we can ensure that the plan is being executed by the team, everyone is moving forwards and the business is growing as planned. 

In between sessions, and through the coaching detailed above, you have access to us when you need us, phone, WhatsApp and email.  

Financials 

The investment to work with us for the next 12 months is a total of £4,000 + VAT.   - FOR A FULL YEAR!

It's broken down as follows: 

Success GPS 8 Week Transformation - £4,000 
Payable in 2 easy installments plus monthly accountability sessions: 
 - £1500 + VAT Deposit 
 - £1500 + VAT after 4 weeks 

Once the Business Mapping Program is complete, we then move into Accountability and Execution support, i.e. the monthly board meetings for the following 10 months. 

Per month £100 + VAT (Subject to a minimum 6 people in the group)
