Multichannel logistics expert Staci, which employs 350 in Lancashire and operates four locations in Blackburn, has been officially certified by Great Place To Work.

Staci provides multichannel logistics services, storing and distributing ecommerce and retail orders, marketing materials and spare parts.

Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

In a survey by the organisation, it found that 77 per cent of Staci's team members stated the company is a great place to work.

Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the vice president of global recognition at Great Place To Work, said: "Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience.

“It is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture and by successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Staci stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees."

Wayne Chapman, UK managing director of Staci, said: "We’re incredibly proud of Team Staci, and we’re both thrilled and humbled that they overwhelmingly think of Staci as a great place to work. We’ll never stop working hard for them and we know how hard they continue to work for us and our clients.

“This award means so much to me personally. It’s really important our team members enjoy coming to work, because we know it helps make their lives happier and the service they then continue to give to our clients is second to none."
