Social media buzz shows Keenans is hot property
Family estate agency Keenans is creating a buzz on social media after topping an industry poll.

And just five months into the campaign, the family-run business has reached more than 3,500 followers on both Twitter and 3,100 likes on Facebook - a boost of more than 1,000 each over the period - and is ranked 30 out of 4,400 estate agents on the social media network.
This puts them in the top 1% of real estate professionals on Twitter, based on social media activity and engagement.Michael Keenan said: "Social media is a big thing and it's works fantastically well for us. We can post pictures of a property, tag the vendors so they can share it with friends and beyond, which really extends our reach and helps us grab that person who might not have even considered moving but suddenly discovers their dream property.
"People like to get their phone out on their lunchbreak and flick through property pictures and it generates real interest. If people say good things, a lot of it follows through."
