Simpson Millar appoints Clare Fleming as partner

Law firm Simpson Millar has appointed Clare Fleming as partner of its expanded private practice area team.

Clare returns to Lancaster, where she studied law, from the South East, bringing a wealth of experience in matters relating to wills, trusts and probate, as well as particular expertise in high net worth estates, lasting power of attorney matters, personal injury trusts and court of protection work including deputy orders.
