Seriun appoints new account manager

Seriun is thrilled to welcome their new account manager Michael Harrison, who brings to the team a wealth of experience in sales and customer service.

Michael, originally from Burnley, now calls Blackburn home, where he lives with partner Nicola and children – Archie (6), Daisy (5), Poppy (5) and newest addition Oakley, just one month old. During his free time Michael enjoys exploring the Lake District with his family, taking even the smallest of the children on challenging walks.

Michael has worked in several similar Lancashire based MSPs in a variety of sales roles, the most recent being at Orca IT. This wide breath of experience has equipped Michael with the necessary technical knowledge to recommend and design solutions for Seriun’s clients in the SME market.

He has previously worked with customers in many different sectors and this broad spread of knowledge will be invaluable as he introduces himself to more and more of Seriun’s clients.

Having already obtained the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals qualification he is now working towards achieving Microsoft Azure AZ-900 certification which will prove his ability to design Azure architecture and recommend solutions to customers.

Michael said: “Starting a new job as an IT account manager at Seriun has given me the chance to connect with people who will help me grow within my career. I’m excited to begin working with our customers and be a part of their journey with Seriun”.
