Roadshow Promotions, the Lancashire-based bus promotions company, has announced the appointment of David McCallum as its new partnership director.

With over 30 years of experience in the industry, David has worked with some of the biggest names in the business and will be helping drive growth at the company.

In his new role, McCallum will be responsible for supporting customers during a period of strong growth. His expertise will be invaluable in advising and guiding clients from a range of sectors, including marketing and media, medical technology, charities and the third sector.

He will be working alongside global brands, public sector organisations and creative agencies to share his experience and expertise on the effective use of a promotional bus for training purposes, education campaigns, awareness campaigns, as well as at exhibitions, and staff engagement.

McCallum is widely regarded as an innovator including introducing and growing the Agripa branding technology to new vehicles and sectors and being one of the first to combine large scale digital screens and promotional buses. He brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously held senior positions at some of the UK's most respected outdoor media companies including Viacom and CBS Outdoors.

He has a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns for a range of clients, including Marie Curie, Sunderland BID and Crimestoppers. His knowledge of the industry will be instrumental in helping continue the company’s impressive growth.

Speaking about his appointment, McCallum said: "I'm thrilled to be joining Roadshow Promotions at such an exciting time for the company. The team has built an impressive reputation for delivering innovative and effective promotional bus tours and campaigns across the UK, and I'm looking forward to working with them to take the business to the next level.

"Central to this will be customer-focussed innovation which will make our vehicles faster to prepare, more flexible, more impactful and more cost effective than ever before. We will continue to ensure that we deliver a long and rewarding journey for everyone - it’s important that our customers enjoy doing business with us and trust us as partners.”

Roadshow Promotions director, Natasha Greenley, added: "David brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the role, and I'm confident that he will play a key part in helping us to continue our growth and success in the years ahead."
