RPPM bolsters estate portfolio with city centre offices

Robert Pinkus Property Management has secured the management contract for two significant office buildings in Preston city centre.

Both properties are situated on Guildhall Street in the heart of Preston's commercial district and are host to a wide variety of tenants suchas Ingeus, Hays Recruitment Specialists and Specasvers. Management responsibilities will include all aspects of rent and service charge collection, maintenance and repairs ensuring the smooth running and upkeep of the properties. Adam Levene, managing director of RPPM, said: "We are delighted to add Norwest Court and Guildhall House to our growing property management portfolio and will be working closely with HIMOR Group and their tenants to ensure the properties are managed well and cost-effectively while looking at ways of improving them where possible."
