Roundhouse exchanges contracts with Avalon Doors

Avalon Doors has exchanged contracts to purchase the very first business unit at Roundhouse Properties new Momentum Business Centre@South Rings, Bamber Bridge, with phase one of construction expected to be completed in October.

Established in 1991, Avalon Doors has grown to become a leader in supplying and installing security doors, security roller shutters, awnings and garage doors for industrial, commercial and domestic use throughout Preston and Blackpool.

Purchased for £76,500, the sale will see the doors and awnings specialists move from its Leyland location to a business unit, measuring 729 sq ft, which can be tailored to suit the businesses requirements.

Jeremy Lefton, director of Roundhouse Properties, said: “Avalon Doors is a well established Lancashire business and we’re privileged to welcome the company to our new development, offering them the flexibility to expand, in an area we believe is in line for fast track growth. In the coming weeks we hope to announce more purchase sales, as we are currently in advanced discussions with a number of parties.”

Phase one of Momentum Business Centre@South Rings, Bamber Bridge will see 19 of 42 business units, offering flexible office and industrial space, ranging from 630 sq ft to 2,130 sq ft, specifically designed for small to medium sized businesses, with completion expected by October/November 2015. Situated in the heart of the North West with excellent access to all the area’s major motorways, (M6,M61,M65) linking to the region’s largest towns and cities including Manchester, Liverpool, Preston and Blackburn.
