ROCCIA strengthens commercial division with senior appointment

11 Sep 2025

Andrew Grove

Preston-based independent tile, bathroom and kitchen showroom and a multi-award-winning brand, ROCCIA, has appointed Andrew Grove as commercial manager to lead its expanding commercial division - ROCCIA Commercial.

With 37 years’ experience in the industry, Andrew brings extensive expertise and a proven history of delivering major projects across residential, leisure, and multi-purpose developments.

His appointment marks an important step in ROCCIA’s strategy to grow its commercial presence and build closer partnerships with developers, contractors, and architects nationwide.

Established in 2014, ROCCIA Commercial was created to meet growing demand from housebuilders and developers for premium, style-driven interiors delivered reliably and at volume.

Building on ROCCIA’s 30-year reputation for luxury interiors, the division supplies high-quality European tiles, bathrooms, and kitchens for schemes that demand both exceptional aesthetics and dependable service.

ROCCIA has already been trusted to deliver on landmark projects - including its collaboration with the prestigious Royal Nawaab in Stockport, the supply of interiors for the Euro Garages headquarters in Blackburn, and the striking hotel lobby at the Park Hotel, Preston.

These projects highlight ROCCIA’s ability to combine world-class products with smooth project delivery, offering both creative design solutions and operational excellence.

The appointment of Andrew Grove reflects ROCCIA’s ambition to strengthen its role in the construction and property development sectors.

As commercial manager, Andrew will lead strategy, tenders, and business development, while fostering new relationships with tiling contractors and ensuring ROCCIA continues to uphold its values of family, inspiration, and excellence across every commission.

Zabir Patel, managing director of ROCCIA Preston, said: “Demand for high-spec interiors in the commercial market has risen significantly. Developers and contractors are seeking the same quality and creativity that our award-winning showrooms deliver, but on a larger scale.

“Andrew’s appointment underlines our commitment to being a trusted partner in this space. His knowledge of the sector, combined with our infrastructure and reputation for outstanding service, positions ROCCIA Commercial as the partner of choice for residential, hospitality, and multi-purpose schemes across the UK.”

Andrew Grove said: “Having worked in the tile industry since 1988, I’ve delivered projects across sectors including social housing, new builds, leisure, and enterprise-level developments. This new chapter at ROCCIA is an exciting opportunity, and our goal is to make it clear that ROCCIA Commercial is open for business nationally.

“ROCCIA is a multi-award-winning brand built on family, innovation, and excellence. We now have the infrastructure, expertise, and passion to replicate the success of our retail business in the contract market.

"By strengthening partnerships with developers and tiling contractors, we will continue to deliver the exceptional service that sits at the heart of the ROCCIA name.”

Founded in 1994, ROCCIA is a family business that has grown to become the UK’s largest independent tile, bathroom, and kitchen showroom.

With flagship showrooms in Preston and Bolton, ROCCIA has built a reputation for excellence, supplying luxury European brands and delivering inspiring interiors for homeowners and major developments alike.
