Explore Learning officially launched their new tuition centre on Saturday the 12th November with a guest appearance from Tom Hamer the 200m Paralympic and Commonwealth swimming medallist.

Alan Kinder of East Lancashire Regeneration Limited comments: “The opening of the new tuition centre further cements Kingsway House as a thriving business location within Burnley town centre."

Michael Cavannagh of the retained agents said: “Since East Lancashire Regeneration Limited completed the purchase of Kingsway they have shown considerable foresight in bringing this building back into life. The lettings we have achieved over the last couple of years to Endsleigh. Xercise4Less and Kingsway Coffee have now been complimented by Explore Learning occupying part of the first floor. The landlord’s willingness to fit out the building to suit tenant’s requirements has been a major plus in marketing the building and we are pleased to report further interest in the remaining accommodation.’’
