Award winning entrepreneur, Suzana Edwards, who raises funds for The Prince’s Trust in Lancashire through her annual event The Butterfly Ball, said: “Each year The Prince's Trust helps over 1,200 young local people to develop their confidence, skills, and motivation, enabling them to overcome barriers and turn their lives around to make a better future for themselves. Some of these we hope to help become business stars of the future.

“We are delighted that the Red Rose Awards and the Lancashire business community are supporting our worthwhile cause in this way.”

Richard Slater, publisher of Lancashire Business View, said: “The Prince’s Trust is a fantastic organisation doing outstanding work across the Red Rose county. We are delighted that they are our charity partner for 2014. We’ll be encouraging attendees on the night to give generously.

“We look forward to seeing how the money we raise impacts the lives of young people who seek help from The Prince's Trust.” The Red Rose Awards 2014 will crown the best of the best of the county’s firms. Last year’s event attracted an audience of more than 900 for the celebration at Blackpool’s Winter Gardens.
