Six of the new apartments within the £3.5m Union Lofts apartment scheme in Preston have been sold.
Preston-based Etc Urban is redeveloping the historic Union Carriage Works in the Winckley Square Conservation Area, creating 18 new homes and commercial space.
The company is preserving many of the original industrial features from the Victorian building, which had been left derelict and unused for decades. It will soon house a mix of mezzanine duplexes, and one and two bedroom loft apartments.
Michael Bailey, the agent selling the homes, said: “The interest has been exceptional since we launched in January and the feedback from people who’ve viewed has been extremely positive."
The project has been designed by Chase Architecture. A show apartment is open to view.
