Preston Audi service advisor Adam Hueston recently earned the Audi Service Advisor Accreditation in recognition of his abilities.
Adam joined Swansway in August 2022 and was quick to demonstrate his customer-first attitude and passion for the Audi brand. It was these efforts which held him in good stead for the accreditation which required him to submit a portfolio of five-star reviews and customer testimonials.
Along with the portfolio, the Audi Service Advisor Accreditation required Adam to carry out a mock interview during which Aaron Keating, aftersales manager at Preston Audi, acted as a customer. Adam supported the customer through their issue while being assessed by an Audi UK assessor.
After demonstrating excellent customer service, Adam achieved the accreditation; reflecting on the moment he told us: “It was a great feeling of accomplishment. To be recognised for my skillset by a brand like Audi was really pleasing and it was a wonderful moment when I got to share the news with my family. Next I’m looking to achieve the Audi Sport Service Advisor Accreditation and continue building my knowledge.”
