Powerhouse minister to speak at Lancashire business event

Jake Berry, the Northern Powerhouse minister, is to address Lancashire businesses at a networking event in November.

He will appear at the next Hive Ambassadors Network meeting, taking place from 11.30am on Friday November 3, 2017 at Darwen Aldridge Community Academy.

Attendees will hear about plans for the Northern Powerhouse and the support available for businesses in the region.

It is free to attend and open to non-members.

The event will be hosted by BBC Radio Lancashire Breakfast presenter Graham Liver and guests will hear from organisations such as the British Business Bank, Growth Lancashire and Access to Finance as well as a local business who has successfully accessed the business support on offer.
