PM+M strengthens team with four key appointments across the business

Blackburn and Bury-based PM+M - the chartered accountancy, business advisory and financial planning group – has expanded its team with four key new appointments.

Ben Posthuma De Boer has joined as a senior manager in the cloud accounting team.

ACCA qualified with 25 years’ experience within the finance sector, Ben will be working closely with Rosie Cooper, an experienced director in the team, advising clients on the most suitable cloud accounting platforms and overseeing their implementation.

Joe Ellison has been appointed as a manager in the audit, accounting + advisory team.

A chartered accountant, with eight years of experience, Joe has worked with clients in a diverse range of sectors including manufacturing, property, charities and the holiday and leisure.

He will add considerable expertise to the already strong team. Prior to joining PM+M, Joe held roles at MHA Moore and Smalley and RSM UK.

The payroll team has welcomed Laura Jeffrey who has been appointed as a manager.

Laura will support clients with all aspects of payroll compliance, from standard monthly processing through to managing more complex benefit schemes.

Prior to joining PM+M, she worked at Studholme-Bell for seven years.

Georgia Molyneux has joined the financial planning team as a client relationship assistant manager.

Georgia started her career as an apprentice at Mattioli Woods in 2018 and brings a wealth of experience in supporting teams helping to manage and deliver high quality services to a varied portfolio of clients.
