Pendle Hill Properties announce charity donation initiative for 2023

East Lancashire based estate and lettings agency Pendle Hill Properties have launched a fantastic new initiative which will see them donate £100 to X-PERT Health for every house they sell, if instructed in January.

X-PERT Health, founded in 2000, is an award winning charity which helps transform people’s lives through inspirational diabetes, insulin and weight loss education programmes. The charity is one which is very close to the hearts of Pendle Hill Properties, with Sales Director Thomas Turner Type 1 Insulin Dependent.

The announcement comes as part of Pendle Hill Properties’ big January sale which will also see them offer £150 cashback to anyone who lists their property with them in January, to be paid upon completion.
