Pendle Hill Mortgages has announced a completely free Mortgage Advice Event to be held at Padiham FC with Fairstone Financial Management.

Pendle Hill Mortgages is a service on offer from popular local estate agents Pendle Hill Properties, offering expert mortgage advice through Fairstone Financial Management, local independent financial advisors.

The mortgage market is frequently in the headlines, and the interest rate on an average new, two-year fixed deal has risen consistently – soaring from around 2.5% as little as 3 months ago to above 5% currently.

The uncertainty around the mortgage market has led Pendle Hill Mortgages to announce a completely free Mortgage Advice Event, to be held at Padiham FC’s ground, the Ruby Civil Arena, on 27th October 2022 between 6 and 8pm. Representatives from Fairstone will be holding talks on key issues and offering expert, independent mortgage advice.

Areas covered include:

Fixed Rates – is it time to consider discounts and trackers? First Time Buyers – your options, and how much deposit do you need Later Life Lending - Equity release. Lifetime mortgages. Rio Mortgages

Recently, the Bank of England raised the base rate of interest by 0.5 percentage points, now standing at 2.25% - the highest rate for 14 years. Rates are forecast to raise even higher, so now is a good time to get expert advice on a mortgage, to suit your individual circumstances.

Andrew Turner of Pendle Hill Mortgages added: “We get lots of people asking for help with the current mortgage market. In response, we’ve decided to hold a free event so more people can access expert advice. For those looking to buy, move, release equity or coming to the end of a fixed rate deal, I encourage you to come down to our dedicated session.”

Free tickets can be booked on Eventbrite.

Pendle Hill Mortgages can assist first time buyers, buy to let, downsizers, remortgages and lots of individual circumstances. You can call Sophia for a free initial chat on 01282 772048.
