Blackburn based Nybble.co.uk continue to grow their team in the face of difficult business trading times due to Covid 19.

Over the last few weeks Nybble.co.uk has recruited throughout the pandemic and have recently recruited five key people to the team to support a growth in new clients, with more to follow.

MD Ram Gupta explains ‘ Covid 19 has had a major impact on the business community but the emergence of working from home and the need for safe, secure and user friendly software and Audio Video solutions has seen a major boost in the need for our services’

Ram went onto say that he believes the basic principles on which Nybble was built have been a contributing factor to its success.  Cutting it back to the very basics, good Service and Ethic will always win the game. You have to come away from short sightedness and look long term.  Look after your customers, be socially responsible and your customers will look after you.

Nybble.co.uk has gone the extra mile in supporting their clients and in some cases, they have even loaned laptops to clients who would otherwise have struggled to equip their teams with the relevant hardware.  They have also kept up with their CSR and have donated £10,000’s of product to charities who were in need.

“Customer is King for us and always will be. CSR is embedded within the very foundation of Nybble and giving back is part of our DNA."

The expansion of the Nybble.co.uk team is designed to strengthen the existing offer but also to begin to develop a new client base. With customers throughout the UK Nybble.co.uk are particularly keen to support the local business community within the North West.

The new recruits are James Reed, Darren Grantham, Sam Pegg, Amaar Darr and Joshua Slinger.

James Reed: A proactive aftersales process specialist professional with over 15 years’ experience in the commercial dealership market, who is constantly striving to push the boundaries of a business’ processes in order to achieve a higher state of efficiency, sales, profitability and overall professional development, while constantly working to the high standards of an industry-leading brand such as Mercedes-Benz and other major Automotive brands.  James will develop to digitise the processes of the industry which has been surprisingly slow to adopt technology to enhance productivity.

Darren Grantham: Previously Head of Membership at East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, created and account managed the Diamond Ambassadors network within the Chamber’s membership.  After 21 years at the Chamber Darren joins Nybble.co.uk to lead on Business Development. With Darren’s knowledge, experience and vast local network, Nybble.co.uk hope to build on an already impressive client base and further the Technology Partnership Status that Nybble has achieved with the Greater Manchester Chamber. A very welcome addition to the team.

Sam Pegg: A highly skilled 3rd line experienced engineer who has worked previously for local high-profile IT companies.  An immensely competent engineer in all areas of IT, from MS365 to Cyber Security and DR, Sam will help develop the existing and new customer base and offer the solidity of his knowledge and great service ethic.

Amaar Darr: 19-year-old Amaar is the new 1st Line engineer apprentice at Nybble.co.uk. Previously a student at Burnley College, Amaar is keen to grow his skills and add more Microsoft and Cisco qualifications to an already impressive CV.  A welcome addition to the Nybble service desk who is already winning the hearts and minds of customers.

Joshua Slinger: A skilled social media apprentice who will work for the recently promoted Abigail Swarbrick to work on the brand presence and promote the new ecommerce venture www.tetrade.co.uk. Expanding on Nybble’s managed I.T offering, Tetrade (which means Nybble) will offer IT and Audio-Visual products online with a specific focus on ReNewed IT.
