An 87 home development in Burnley has now sold out, says its developer.
Barratt Homes has now completed the Brun Lea Heights development in Rossendale Road, with all properties sold.
Alan Watt, sales director at Barratt Homes, said: “Brun Lea Heights stands as a successful development, now completely sold out and well received by a range of buyers.
“We are proud of the community that has taken shape and we are sure it will continue to thrive as the final residents move in."
During its time building the development, Barratt Homes has supported the Burnley and wider Lancashire communities, including a donation of a defibrillator unit to Burnley FC in the Community, a £1,000 contribution to Lowerhouse Bowling Club and a gift of hi-vis vests to the pupils at Christ the King Primary School.
Ongoing Barratt Homes developments in Lancashire include Bernets Nook in Blackburn and Centurion Village in Leyland.
