Due to continued growth, regional house builder Create Homes is delighted to announce that the company has moved to new premises in Blackpool, Lancashire.

Create Homes, part of Create Group, has seen substantial growth over the last twelve months with further growth expected for 2020. They have moved to new offices just a short distance from the Group’s head office, where they were previously based, in order to facilitate their future business needs.

To celebrate their new office opening, the Create Homes team welcomed employees across the whole group to their official office opening at 1 Neptune Court in Blackpool, where they enjoyed pizza and a glass of champagne to toast the division’s success.

Paul Mathison, CEO of Create Group commented: “The move to the new offices for the Homes team is a major step in our strategic plan and coincides with the aggressive growth of 100 units expected in 2020 and the continued aim to be the standout builder in the residential market.”

New appointments to support company growth

In March 2019, Andrew Wright was appointed Managing Director for the company to oversee the expansion and development of Create Homes, with the aim to deliver further strategic growth and to build the brand’s reputation.

Andrew’s passion for the Create Homes brand and building the company’s prominence as a high-quality house builder, has influenced the expansion of the Sales and Marketing Department, with the appointment of Julie Hardy as Head of Sales and Marketing, which follows Nina Helme joining as Senior Marketing Executive earlier in the year.

Andrew Wright commented: “It is such a key time for Create Homes. With work starting on our two latest developments and more opportunities in the pipeline to be marketed in 2020, the business is growing at a rapid rate. The growth of our team has been instrumental in maintaining our reputation for quality and high specification properties."

Providing luxury developments across the North West

Following the success of Create Homes’ first two developments in the quaint village of Inskip, ‘Ash Meadows’ and ‘St Petersfield’s’, they are delighted to introduce three new residential developments to their portfolio.

In early 2020, Create Homes will bring to market the new ‘St William’s Gate’ and ‘The Farriers’. Additionally, positioned in the coastal village of Pilling on Wyre, ‘St William’s Gate’ will offer a stunning collection of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom semi-detached and detached properties. Designed to fit in with the local architecture of Little Hoole, the new house designs at ‘The Farriers’ offer something slightly different to Create Homes’ usual house types. Designed for contemporary living, this intimate development will provide eight barn style 4 & 5 bedroom semi-detached and detached properties with generous outdoor space.

‘The Paddocks’, Longton

Off plan sales have just been released for the exclusive development of nine 3, 4 and 5 bedroom detached homes in the attractive village of Longton, ‘The Paddocks’.  The new properties will be built to the highest quality and finished with a luxury specification, including designer kitchens by SieMatic, elegant bathrooms and high-end fixtures and fittings.  Each home is light and spacious, with large open-plan living areas providing a comfortable and modern living experience.

New House types

Alongside the new developments the team are launching new house types, including ‘The Brock’ a 4 bedroom detached home with integral garage, as well as improving on the current layouts to create exceptional living spaces.

Gill Mathison, Founder of Create Homes commented: “We at Create Homes are extremely proud of our house types. After listening carefully to our customers, we have worked hard to further improve the design and build of all our properties. The clever use of layout, increased lounge size, extra storage space and the inclusion of high-end kitchens as standard, has really taken our house types to another level. We offer an exceptional product, the quality of which we feel is the best in the market.”
