Forbes Solicitors has unveiled Adam Bromley as the new head of commercial property.
Adam, who has more than years’ experience in commercial property, will lead the Legal 500 recommended department across all Forbes’ eight offices.He along with his team advise on all aspects of commercial property including sales, purchases and leases. Adam also has a particular specialism in pension work, acting for pension scheme administrators and clients in relation to SIPP and SSAS transactions.
On his promotion Adam said: “I am delighted to become head of commercial property and lead the talented team we have here at Forbes. Now is a promising time for the Lancashire property market and I am looking forward to supporting our clients through this period.” Forbes’ commercial property team has seen continued growth throughout 2014 with the appointment of solicitors Lauren Smith and Richard Clithero whilst Nicola Beneduce was promoted to associate solicitor.
