Lancaster Conferences is delighted to announce a new delegate registration service.

Whether you are holding an event at Lancaster University or another venue, let Lancaster Conferences ease the delegate registration procedure for you and your delegates. Our package saves time and will simplify the entire process, leaving you to focus solely on the planning of your event.

Bespoke Solution

We begin the process with a face to face meeting to ascertain your requirements which will allow us to fully understand the registration options you have in mind. We also offer advice and recommendations to ensure the process is seamless.

Online Registration

Following on from the initial brief, a fully branded event website will be created ready for the start of registration to provide a smooth and informative experience for your delegates.

Delegate Support

Once registration is live, we provide dedicated delegate support via email and telephone, making the journey as smooth as possible. When registered, delegates will also receive a notification email including important information about the event.

Reporting

To ensure you have all the information you need, our weekly registration report will keep you updated about the event.
