New construction director appointed for Create Homes

Create Homes, the residential house-building arm of North-West Construction & Development experts Create Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Morris as construction director.

Create Homes, a quality housing brand based in the North-West, has recently appointed Kevin Morris as its new Construction Director. Kevin brings over 40 years of housing construction & development experience to the table, having previously held similar senior roles within the industry.

Kevin joins Create Homes at an exciting time of growth, with luxury homes currently for sale in two countryside developments at Inskip and Pilling, plus several new ones in the pipeline, including a 34 home development in Longridge – ‘The Sandpipers’,which will be released for sale in the Spring. 

Create Homes is synonymous with quality, therefore Kevin’s role will focus on overseeing every little detail involved in the build of each & every new home as his number one priority. Kevin is also responsible for all Health & Safety aspects of running a busy construction site and overseeing customer care, ensuring that buyers are completely satisfied with every aspect of their new homes. Kevin is also passionate about developing apprenticeship opportunities within the business.

Kevin will be working alongside owner and CEO, Paul Mathison and founder, Gill Mathison.
