New Call for local apprentices

Simonstone-based New Call Telecom is building upon recent successes with a number of its apprentices completing their training at Themis at Burnley College and moving into permanent positions within the company.

New Call’s partnership with Themis was forged after the company successfully moved its customer service operations from India to Pennine Lancashire.

Since then, Themis has provided the telecoms provider with a host of apprentices, all of which have gained valuable industry training and a nationally recognised qualification whilst embracing the opportunity to progress within the company. Now, following the success of this year’s apprentices, New Call is offering a number of apprenticeships in various roles across the business for the coming year.
